# Firebase UserID

I am making a parking app and I’m trying to make a profile page for my users when they sign on and show the user that signed ons profile and log the spot they have chosen to park. I have the firebase sign in/ up working I just don’t get how the cloud variable or user ID would get into my google sheet if any one has a link to a tutorial or a app created anything helps please let me know thanks .

Hi @kailajoyner475, thanks for reaching out. I would suggest taking a look at our [Firebase docs](https://docs.thunkable.com/blocks/app-features/sign-in/sign-in#manage-users-in-firebase) about authentication. When a user authenticates with Firebase, they are assigned a user ID. You can access that user id via [cloud variables](https://docs.thunkable.com/blocks/blocks/variables-overview#cloud-variables-and-data).
