So I use timer to solve  
Hope someone can help me to see if there is a problem with the thunkable box

Does this set of blocks work?

If you change that value in Firebase manually to something else and then run the blocks you have, does it update the value in Firebase to “Group formation completed”?

Normal operation, only the listener has a problem.
