# Failed to send the app to Apple Store Connect

Hi,
Sadly my app didnt make it through Apple Store Connect; I received an email from Thunkable with this error report:
Command failed: if [-d \*\*\*/thunkableCompanionTemp]; then rm -rf \*\*\*/thunkable-for-ios/thunkableCompanionTemp fi rm: fts\_read: No such file or directory
There was also a link for fix it, but it doesnt link anywhere (incorrect page).
I followed every step of the guide and the error code doesn’t say a lot…
Can someone help?

I also sent and email and tried to contact in chat Thunkable, but with no luck.

Still no response.
Chat support is empty, mail is silent.
