# Exception after Google sign-in in Thunkable Live iOS

Hello.

After installing Thunkable Live on iOS, one of my students got this error message, and didn’t let her to open live testing.

Any clue on how to workaround this?

Let me clarify, as I was too brief 🙂

1.- She installed Thunkable Live app.  
2.- Sign in with her Google account.  
3.- right after that, the exception message raised, and then it appears again everytime the app is opened.
