# Error: App Version Name

Hi I have problem when I have to download the updated version in Android.  
I have downloaded this morning the file .apk and now the system seems blocked. It says… App downloading starting L+ (the name of the application) but nothing happening.  
Could you please help me in this issue?

@mosaicartsound1tg is your app just called “L+”?

There might be an issue with using the + character.

To test, can you try renaming to “Lplus” just to see whether no not that makes a difference?
