Hi and welcome to Thunkable!

You haven’t provided enough details. Things like screenshots and a project link are usually necessary. See this: [How to ask Great Questions v2.0](https://community.thunkable.com/t/how-to-ask-great-questions-v2-0/2689983)

Are you using Firebase sign in? Or some other method?

Most of us answering these questions are users like you who are volunteering their time. If you need answers faster, consider paying for a Pro license or paying someone to help you.
