# Drag and Drop doesn't work!

I’m trying to create my app with the dnd feature but every time I grab buttons to drag, nothing happens. I thought it was due to my browser but I’ve used 3 diff browsers and it’s very frustrating. I’m a first time user so I only have the basic membership - maybe that’s why but I really don’t understand why it isn’t working. If anyone has any advice or tips, please help, or I won’t be here past today.

The membership level you have has no effect on how the interface functions as far as speed and responsiveness are concerned.
What device are you using? Have you tried a different device?
Would you be able to post a screen capture of what you’re seeing? What you’re describing isn’t normally how Thunkable works.

definitely not.
if you’re not using a chrome/safari based browser on a **non-mobile** device, you’re bound to have a hard time.
what’s your setup?
