# Double Row Border when Scrollable = TRUE

You can see here that the screen has no border settings

The only control on the screen (row 58) has a border

When displayed on the web (live view) there are 2 borders (both of which are clipped).

On android there are also 2 borders (both of which are clipped).

Is this a bug to be submitted to GitHub or am I missing something?

It looks like right hand side is for the scroll bar, right?
