Hi, I’m new to build and app. It’s my first time doing it and I’m facing some problem.
So I have several links on my app. I put the link on the “Rich text”, so it’s doesn’t need the block (right?). This is the link on rich texts I’m talking about (the blue one):
When I click the blue link, it say, “Don’t know how to open this URL”:
But I can open the link by clicking it in other phone 🥲
Is it a phone problem? Like, is it because of my phone? Not my app? Because I can’t open it on my phone, but I can open it from another phone. Both of the phone are android.
Anyone can help me, please?
And, sorry for my bad English, it’s my second language.

I tested your url as rich text and it worked for me. Check the blocks I used and preview it on a computer and mobile device to see if it works for you.

I was able to open it as well so it is likely a browser permissions or settings issue on your device. You may want to see if there is not a different app selected on your device to handle opening .gif files.
