# Date picker (Enable only today and seven days forward)

Hello there,

I am currently facing some difficulties using the date\_input widget in Thunkable. My goal is to enable the user to select a date from today’s date up to 7 days in the future, and have the selected date format saved as “YYYY-MM-DD”. However, after looking at the available blocks, I am unable to figure out how to accomplish this. Unlike other platforms, Thunkable does not seem to have a “properties” tab where these standard settings can be easily configured. I have searched the forums extensively but have been unable to find any similar questions. Could someone kindly provide me with assistance or an example?
