# Date input call launch picker not working

I have attached a launch picker to a button so it would bring up the date picker when the corresponding button is pressed. In live it isn’t doing anything however.

Those blocks work for me on an iPhone 11 in Thunkable Live. I tap the button and the date input appears. I then tap the date that appears and tap a new date, and then tap confirm. That new date is displayed as the button’s text.

I should note that I only tried it in the web preview since I don’t have the phone with me right now.

When you wrote “live”, I assumed you meant Thunkable Live. A web preview is different, of course, and in this case the date picker won’t launch that way.
