There are available layouts for viewer list but can i edit those ,for example i would like to cahnge it to  
TEXT TEXT TEXT .

You can create your own custom layout.

Use the StP (old) UI to create the layout of your choice and then save it as a layout

sir can we use new DnD for costum layout? (did they bring update ?)

Yes, you can but you need to design the custom layout using the old StP and when you save it it will show in in the list of layouts in the DnD.
