# Country App not working

Hello everyone. I recently tried to make the country app. It is also posted in your youtube channel- YouTube][How to use Thunkable Web API Component: Countries Info App - Part 2 - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0RyUbOxlm0) So your actual project is only not working. It has all the labels but does not show the actual response. ( like its blank) Please help me on this.

Did you make the project yourself? If so, post a link to it.

Did you make sure the API url works in a browser first? If so, what is the full text response you get?

It looks like that API server no longer exists. The [endpoint url](http://countryapi.gear.host/v1/Country/getCountries) is invalid.

That video is two years old. You’ll need to use a different API.
