ต้องเขียน code ยังไงค่ะถ้าเราจะสร้างตาราง เช่นเราจะสร้างสมุดบันทึกสุขภาพ ถ้าผู้ใช้กดคำนวณน้ำหนัก จะไปบันทึกอยู่ในสมุดสุขภาพคะ สมุดสุขภาพจะมี ลำดับที่ วัน/เดือน/ปี เวลา ค่าbim ค่า พลังงานที่ควรได้รับ และสัดส่วนคะ ช่วยหน่อยนะคะ
