# Can tags be deleted from Firebase?

Since the tag is mentioned here, I would like to know if it’s possible to delete tag in thunkable X? If no, why they don’t want to include delete tag on the platform?

There is no need for a tag deletion block, since this task can be solved using the existing blocks

Thunkable should consider to add in “RemoveTag” on this block.

Just discovered the way x platform remove the tag item. Should put the instruction onto the x doc.
