# Can I revert to older version in thunkable after building the app?

I found the Drag & drop version has many limitations , can we revert back to older version after finish developing ?

No, there is no way to do that. They are working on a conversion from legacy (older) to drag-and-drop (new). I agree that the new interface has many limitations. I’m using it for prototyping of some things or quick tests but otherwise I’m still developing using the older interface.

**Edit:** the new drag-and-drop interface is really niiiiice. But I’m waiting for things like the ability to clone and create components, and the ability to edit all/most component properties using blocks.

We’re actively working on getting rid of as many of those limitations as possible (though, for clarity, every product had _some_ limitations)

Which one in particular is blocking you from publishing your app @planet.protectors.gi right now?
