# Can I create my own custom blocks?

So, I know there is a block named function but I want to create my own category of blocks without using function block. like just create a file with blocks and import it to another project. just like the .aia files in ai2.

No, that’s not possible at the moment. However, when Custom Components are out of beta, I suspect you will be able to do just that.
