# Can anyone provide me server URL & Subscription Key for image recognizer component?

Sometimes the image recognizer component takes too much time or sometime the image recognizer works seamlessly. Is there any problem with the extension itself or is there any problem with the block code?
And by the way, I needed a Server URL for Image Recognizer & a subscription key.

Hey @thunkernisargacode - do you mean your request is timing out or is it “just” slow?
If it’s slow it might be due to internet connection?
Are you using any error handling blocks in your app?

So do you know if the root cause is with the Image recognizer or a connectivity issue?
