my students just build and are getting error code. is this because they do not have tokens/credits in their API accounts? Is there a workaround?

Hi Laurie,
They should get a certain free amount of calls to the Open AI API, I have heard some accounts lose these after a period of time of being active though. It could be worth creating a new Open AI account with a new email address if thats an option?
