# BLE Transmit Problem Android

I saw some questions related to this error, but I didn’t find any solution. Most problems were related to ios, not android. But this app is running on an android device and it’s not working. I even granted all permissions to the app.

The connection is working, but when transmitting return this error.

Here are the specifications of the hardware i’m using. And it works when transmitted by light blue app.

Hey @gbcosta96p8mqb 👋

What sort of device are you using? Is it a HM-10?

Can you change the data format to something other than Hex?
