I am trying to create a survey application using local-DB as shown below. After the survey is over, Is it possible to’see at a glance’ what users have filled out in a survey?

Which tool should I use?

LocalDB is just on the one phone. You’ll need to use one of the other data sources instead. Airtable and Google Sheets have blocks just like localDB, so those might be good options to look at first.
