Hi everyone,

My app is already published on the App Store and works normally in production.

I recently created a new version in Thunkable where I added **multi-language support (Portuguese and English)**. I generated a new iOS build and uploaded it to **TestFlight**.

The build installs correctly, but when I open the app through TestFlight I get this message:

**“App Unavailable”**
**Error: ERR-665275**

If I close the error message, the app opens and works normally.

This problem started only after I added the multi-language logic. The previous published version does not have this issue.

Has anyone seen this error before in a Thunkable iOS build? Could this be related to the new language logic, startup navigation, or some TestFlight/App Store configuration?

Thanks!

previously had the **Thunkable Builder plan** , then I stopped paying for it for a while. I recently subscribed to the **Builder plan again** and generated a new version of the app with multi-language support.

Now I am seeing the same issue on both platforms:

- **iOS TestFlight:** “App Unavailable” — **ERR-665275**
- **Android Google Play Internal Testing:** same “App Unavailable” — **ERR-665275**

The strange thing is that if I close the error message, the app opens and works normally.

Because the same error happens on both iOS and Android, I am wondering if this could be related to my **Builder subscription having expired and then being reactivated** , or to the app’s published/active status in Thunkable.

Is there anything I need to refresh, republish, or reconnect in Thunkable after re-subscribing?

Hi @rafael_rcolombovp170
Could you please check if your app is active?

To view your currently active published apps:

1. Click your account avatar in the upper right.

2. Select Settings.

3. Click Published Apps.

it seems that my previous **ERR-665275 “App Unavailable”** issue was related to my Builder subscription having expired and then being reactivated. After reactivating the plan and waiting for the account/app status to update, the app appears to be working normally again.

However, this brought up another question about the current **“Live Published App”** limit.

I originally created my app, **Intubator** , last year using Thunkable. At the time, I had to maintain **two separate Thunkable projects for the same app** — one for iOS and one for Android.

These are not two different products. They have the same content, functionality, branding, and essentially the same design and layout. However, I had to create a separate Android project because the positioning and alignment of some UI elements did not appear correctly on Android when using exactly the same project/layout as iOS. Some elements needed to be shifted or repositioned slightly so that the interface would fit and display correctly on Android screens.

So, the second project was created only as a workaround for cross-platform layout/rendering differences, not because I wanted to publish a second app.

Now, with the Builder plan allowing only **1 Live Published App** , I’m concerned that these two projects may be counted as two separate published apps.

If that is the case, would I now need to upgrade my plan simply because I had to maintain separate iOS and Android projects to compensate for platform-specific layout differences?

I completely understand the need for plan limits, but both projects represent the **same Intubator app**. The separation was only necessary because the same layout did not render consistently across iOS and Android.

Could you please clarify whether both projects can be treated as a single Live Published App in this situation, or whether there is another solution available?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @rafael_rcolombovp170
Thanks for sharing more information.
On the Builder plan, you can activate one project.

It is possible to have two different IDs for the same project, one for Android and one for iOS, by setting different IDs during publishing.
It is not necessary to actually publish the app on the store; you can just click Publish and follow the steps inside Thunkable for Android and iOS.

Then you can activate only that project with both IDs.
