# App store provisioning profile

for some reason whenever i try to make a provisioning profile it says “No certificates available” even tho i have already made 2 new ones, anyone faced such a problem before?

another problem also is that there is a bundle id in my account whenever i try to remove it, it says its being used in app store even though i have no app in my account
