# App not opening on a phone browser

Hi guys,

Is there any reason why the app can be opened from a computer browser (chrome) but not from a phone (Android) browser (chrome)? My users are able to access it from their phones.

I’ve asked them to clear the browser cache/cookies/history and then it works. Anyone knows why this could happen?

So basically you aren’t able to access your app on a mobile device?

Can you share the url here for us to test out? Could be user specific issues. Could be your code. Could be a number of things.
