# App MUCH slower on Android vs Web

[Yes, have “searched” but there are many “similar” posts over many years none of which seems to actually cover it!]
I have an app (says about 850 blocks) with “app” variables, a couple of LISTS and some loops and I/O via buttons and labels etc. Works OK (albeit not perfectly) on Web, a tiny bit slow - for some reason I need some “WAIT 0.01 sec” inserted so X is forced to finish before Y etc but otherwise OK. Tried it on my Android Phone (which is good for gamming etc so reasonably fast) and it is SOOOO slow … had to add a whole lot more "WAIT"s to even get it to flow from section to section but slower by x25? I’m sure code could be optionized a bit but this won’t make huge difference. Before I give up any ideas!?
