# App Download Error: The Android version name is invalid

Dear all,

When I click download to try to download .apk file (Andriod), I got the message “App Download Error: The Android version name is invalid. Go to [App Settings] and scroll to Android to fix.” But I don’t know how to fix it. Please help!

You should try this -:

After seeing this error,

Click on app settings,

You can see these “Nan” like version name or numbers.  
Just change them to 1 and  
You are all set.
