# APK not working after new update 2025

After I downloaded the APK file for testing. It isn’t downloading or installing properly. I can’t try to get the email again, since I only get 2 per month with the free plan. The error is smt cant open file or smt. Help pls

Hi Nishanth, welcome to Thunkable! 🎉
Could you please check if you have an app that has the same [App/Bundle ID](https://docs.thunkable.com/project-settings) installed on your device?
You will need to delete the existing app and then download the new one from the same email.
This is a restriction by your phone that doesn’t allow you to have at the same time installed multiple apps with the same App/Bundle ID and the same version.
To avoid issues you can activate the “Auto-increment Version” in the project settings.
