# APK not installing,takes 3 hours to get mail

Hi there, My app LaLLaLaPoints has not been installed. It has been showing “installing” for one and a half hours. it took 3 hours to get my mail.I think there is an error on the thunkable side. Thunkable Staff, please fixthis

Hello @vishruth-ram , welcome back to the community  
According to our records, sending the APK to your email didn’t take so long  
If you have issues downloading the app to your device you can try to delete the old app and then download the new apk.
