# Anyone having problems downloading to iOS?

Might just be me but I tried to download a project for iOS and it’s been a couple hours but I haven’t received an email.
[https://status.thunkable.com](https://status.thunkable.com) shows no outages.

Servers are up and running, I got a build like 10 mins ago.

I just checked and was able to submit a download request again. That means my earlier request didn’t go through even though it gave me the normal “ready in \_\_\_ minutes” message. No email still but crossing my fingers this new one goes through.

This new request had an estimate of 40 minutes and it’s been 80 minutes. No email yet.
@domhnallohanlon any chance you can check on this?
**Edit:** just started another one. We’ll see what happens in 40 minutes. ☹
