Just in case your developers account got terminated just like this guy( but luckily Google reinstated his account )

My Google Publisher account got Terminated for a violation of the malicious behavior due to some error in webView component.

before your account gets terminated usually you get a warning and a possibility for you to check, fix and reupload your app. It looks like you ignored this warning…
