# Airtable, lists

Hi probably really basic but I’m displaying the contents of an airtable column in a list viewer, how do I make sure the list is only populated by the filled values? the column is 60 or so rows and only contains a few values, the rest of the records are empty but I get a list viewer which includes 60 items most empty?

this is how i do this

for each item in raw data  
check if cell (property) exerciseName is empty  
if so, continue to the next item in the list

Hi Jared thanks for getting back but I still can’t get it to work for me. To be honest my understanding of objects and spreadsheets is very limited. I have tried to use your blocks and something similar to search for empty variables but no luck. If you could take a look at my blocks would really appreciate.
