# Airtable base not responding

Hello
We have an app, using airtable as database, and since upgrading to Pro Plan, or shortly after that, inside our app, all newly registered users got stuck on Loading… When a user is registering with Google Sign In, a new record is automatically created inside a base, we called Users…
but its only Loading since yesterday, and we have no idea why is this happening?

Airtable had a very short outage on the 6th, might be relevant.
