# AI tokens stuck at 0% for two months

Hello Thunkable Support,

My AI token balance has been stuck at 0% for two months. I am trying to continue building my app, SocialHub, but I cannot use the Thunkable AI tools.

Could you please clarify whether my account is eligible for free token renewal and check why my balance is still at 0%?

I have attached a screenshot showing the 0% token balance.

I talked with the team, and the tokens for creators on the free plan don’t reset every 30 days. To get more tokens, you need to upgrade your plan.
