Add extension to all apps

Hi Guys,
I am new here and can’t find answer to this question anywhere, also I don’t know if it is right section for this kind of question.
I want to add a new extension for my app, I just want to know if the extension will be available on all of my apps. For Example- If I add an extension to Test_App1, will it be available in Test_App2 or Test_App3?

no, neither u download and upload from app to app.
